Here's what you need to know:

Cancellation requires 30 days written notice by submitting the form below.  Any payment scheduled in those 30 days will still apply.  Keys will need to be returned to one of the locations within the 30 days.

     In Atkinson, slide key under office door

     In Stuart, there is a drop box inside the door

     in bassett, there is a drop box by the tanning room

if/when you decide to reactivate your gym membership, there will be a $20 reactivation fee.
